Because of its size, with more than 650 sq. in. of primary cooking area, this grill utilizes 6 stainless steel burners (with a dedicated searing burner) and a total of 65,000 BTU's. The primary cooking area is covered by porcelain coated cast iron grates which and complimented by a chrome wire swing away for an additional 250 sq. in. of secondary cooking area.
